Who is this?
Queen is my favorite band ever. And sadly possibly the best lead singer ever died in 1991 of bronchial pneumonia brought on by AIDS. Queen has had many musical and fashion styles throughout the years. Many of which are impossible to crossplay. But at what is possibly their most famous performance at Live Aid, Freddie wore a very simple outfit, for him. Why do it? When I found out about Freddie For a Day, being the cosplaying Queen fan I am, I had to do it. And it being on the last day of Dragon*Con just makes it even better. So I decided to do a female/genderbend Freddie instead of trying to crossplay. That way I a)had a minimal amount of stuff to buy, and b)wouldn't have to worry about changing before we leave. It's not completely accurate, but I hope that I can get the spirit of Freddie across. |

Well... The moustache just didn't work. So I didn't wear it out of the room. No one recognized me, or at least no one said anything. I had to worry about the mic all day. Basically it wasn't as much fun as I had hoped it would be. And this hobby is all about having fun!
